Requirements
– Minimum 4 years of experience as a Watchman/Caretaker.
– Immediate joiners only.
– Age limit: Below 40 years.
– Malayalam or Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
– Basic English communication skills.
– Previous UAE experience is preferred.
– Experience in monitoring and maintaining residential/commercial buildings.
– Basic knowledge of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical and wiring, lift operations, fire & life safety systems, parking area management, and general building maintenance.
– Able to identify minor maintenance issues and perform basic repairs or coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
– Physically fit, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and willing to work flexible shifts.
