Current Al Bonian FM Job Opportunities
Job Position: Director of Operation
Requirements:
– In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of FM functions, in particular Hard Services
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– 12 years of Facilities Management experience, with at least 8 years in managerial position in the UAE
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver FM services and maintain client satisfaction under pressure
– Manage building operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
– Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and emergency preparedness requirements
– Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance, security, and cleaning services
– Control budgets, monitor costs, and achieve KPI and P&L targets
– Develop strategies for facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency
