Job Position: Visa & Ticketing Officer
Location: Amman, Jordan

– Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
– 1–2 years of experience in ticketing, reservations, or travel services preferred
– Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo systems is required
– Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, re-issuance, and refunds
– Experience handling visa applications, documentation, and embassy coordination
– Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and airline partners
– Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading)
– Advanced computer skills, including email, reservation, and ticketing systems
– Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
– Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Strong work ethic and commitment to a full-time role
– Issue, reissue, and manage airline tickets using Amadeus and Galileo
– Handle visa applications and follow up with embassies and clients
– Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely service
– Respond promptly to inquiries across various communication channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
– Provide clients with clear, accurate, and professional information regarding travel arrangements
– Collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance service quality
