Job Position: Commercial Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar

– LOCAL HIRING WITH VALID QID ONLY
– Minimum 12 years of overall commercial management experience in the construction industry
– At least 5 years of contracts/commercial experience on major international or regional roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects
– Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, red/yellow book, and other relevant forms of contract used in the construction industry
– Strong understanding of local laws and regulations governing construction contracts in Qatar
– Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
– Proficiency in commercial management software and tools
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
– Certification in Commercial Management is preferred
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction management or related field
– MMUP/UPDA Certified
