Job Positions:

– Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred for all positions

Key Responsibilities:

1 – Asset Manager
– Lead asset lifecycle planning and optimization
– Maintain Asset Register and CAFM system
– Conduct asset condition and criticality assessments
– Monitor asset reliability and performance
– Develop annual asset replacement and lifecycle plans
– Analyze lifecycle costs and recommend asset improvement strategies
– Ensure statutory compliance and warranty management
– Prepare asset performance reports and dashboards

2 – Facility Engineer
– Lead Hard FM operations across assigned facilities
– Provide technical leadership to engineering and maintenance teams
– Manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
– Ensure compliance with engineering standards and statutory regulations
– Monitor asset reliability and engineering performance
– Coordinate specialist contractors and OEM service providers
– Lead engineering risk assessments and incident investigations
– Drive continuous improvement and business continuity initiatives

3 – Project Controller
– Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs
– Manage work orders and ensure CAFM data accuracy
– Prepare operational reports
– Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
– Track outstanding actions and ensure timely closure
– Analyze operational trends and recommend improvements
– Maintain contract documentation and dashboards
– Support audits, planning, and operational coordination

4 – Quality Controller
– Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
– Conduct quality audits and compliance inspections
– Verify compliance with contract requirements, KPIs, and SLAs
– Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and monitor CAPA implementation
– Prepare quality reports, audit registers, and dashboards
– Identify non-conformities and drive corrective actions
– Promote continuous improvement across FM services
– Support internal and client quality audits and inspections
