Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
– 4–5 years of UAE experience in post-contract and pre-contract quantity surveying
Roles & Responsibilities
Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor
– Prepare and check quantity take-offs from approved drawings
– Measure completed work for monthly payment applications and payment certificate submissions to consultants
– Prepare subcontractor interim payment certificates
– Verify subcontractor measurements and invoices
– Assist with project close-out documentation
Pre-Contracts Quantity Surveyor
– Take off quantities from drawings and specifications
– Prepare and issue enquiries/RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers
– Prepare RFIs for missing details, ambiguities, and design clarifications
– Assist in tender submission documentation, including technical and commercial compliance
