Requirements
– Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in Facility Management, Property Management, or Real Estate.
– Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Maintenance.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and teams effectively.
– A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
– Immediate joiners will be given preference.
