Requirements
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, Agriculture, or a related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
– Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation systems, turf management, plant care, pruning, pest control, and fertilization.
– Proven ability to supervise teams, plan daily work schedules, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed to quality standards.
– UAE driving license is a must.
