Job Position: Estate Manager

– Oversee day-to-day estate operations across both properties
– Manage logistics, daily routines, and special requests seamlessly
– Prepare and manage detailed household budgets
– Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports
– Schedule and oversee routine and preventive maintenance
– Coordinate renovations and repairs with contractors and suppliers
– Ensure both properties are maintained to the highest standards
– Plan and execute private events, dinners, and gatherings
– Coordinate logistics, staff, catering, and guest experience
– Source, evaluate, and liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors
– Negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timely delivery of services
– Recruit, train, supervise, and manage household staff (chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, etc.)
– Ensure staff performance aligns with luxury service standards
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage schedules
– Maintain insurance policies, household manuals, and critical documents
– Manage inventory and household procurement
– Serve as the primary point of contact between the property owner and all household matters
– Maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times
– 2–3 years of experience in a similar estate or household management role
– Proven ability to manage multi-property operations
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
– Financially literate with budgeting and reporting experience
– Must be able to travel freely without EU/UK visa requirements
– Experience in high-end hospitality or luxury service preferred
