Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as HR Manager
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
– Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
– CIPD/SHRM certification is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
– Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
– Oversee employee relations, performance management, and workplace engagement
– Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations
– Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies
– Enhance employee engagement and growth
