HVAC Chiller Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
– Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, refrigerant circuits, electrical controls, and mechanical components.
– Oversee chilled water pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and related HVAC equipment.
– Monitor cooling performance, energy efficiency, and equipment reliability.
– Supervise compressor replacement, overhauling, refrigerant charging, leak testing, and commissioning.
– Lead critical breakdown investigations and emergency repairs.
– Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective solutions.
– Provide hands-on technical guidance to HVAC technicians.
– Coordinate with specialist subcontractors and equipment manufacturers.
– Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
– Monitor maintenance schedules, service reports, equipment conditions, and corrective actions.
– Ensure effective team coordination and timely completion of maintenance activities.
Requirements
– Minimum 10 years of relevant HVAC chiller experience.
– Proven expertise in air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
– Currently based in the UAE.
– Valid UAE driving license.
– Available to join immediately.
