Job Position: HR Manager

– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
– Oversee employee relations, handle employee grievances, and ensure high employee morale and engagement
– Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations; update HR policies and procedures accordingly
– Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance
– Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
– Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with finance and external vendors
– Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absence rates, recruitment KPIs)
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and respect within the organization
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
– Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
– 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
– In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
– Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
