Job Position: Project Manager

Job Summary:
– Lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from concept to completion
– Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
– Manage stakeholders including clients, consultants, and contractors
– Oversee planning, execution, resource allocation, and risk management
Educational Qualifications:
– B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) or Architectural background
– PMP certification preferred
Experience & Requirements:
– Minimum 15 years overall experience in construction/fit-out industry
– At least 5 years as Project Manager in UAE fit-out projects
– Proven experience in hospitality, F&B, mall, and luxury fit-out projects (AED 30–50M+)
– Strong exposure to turnkey fit-out projects from design to handover
Technical Skills:
– Knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out regulations
– Experience in contract administration and project documentation
– Ability to draft contractual letters, claims, and correspondence
– Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
Core Competencies:
– Strong planning, execution, and delivery skills
– Budget control, scheduling, and resource management
– Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects
Candidate Profile:
– Preferred age: Below 50 years
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
