Facility Manager – Engineering & Soft Services

Key Responsibilities

– Lead day-to-day engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other soft services operations.
– Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory, regulatory, and facility management standards.
– Manage FM vendors, contracts, SLAs, budgets, preventive maintenance, and service performance.
– Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, asset reliability, and continuous improvement.
– Lead and develop FM teams while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in integrated facility management, preferably within hospitality, hotels, or premium guest-service environments.
– Strong technical, vendor management, budgeting, and people management skills.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
– Hospitality experience preferred, with strong expertise in engineering, building safety, aesthetics, vendor management, and team leadership.
