Facility & Maintenance Manager

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
– 10+ years of Facility Management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
– Proven experience within the Real Estate sector.
– Strong expertise in MEP systems, asset management, predictive maintenance, and operational best practices.
– Experience managing contractors, service providers, procurement, and facility service contracts.
– Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
– Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are considered an advantage.
– Previous experience working on public or governmental projects is a plus.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
