Requirements:
– Strong Fit-Out industry experience is a MUST
– Experience in interior fit-out and/or joinery projects
– Relevant technical expertise for the position
– Ability to work collaboratively across design, technical, procurement, production and site teams
– Strong understanding of project requirements, coordination and documentation
Relevant Experience:
– BIM & Design roles: Experience with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD is relevant to the roles
– Materials & Commercial roles: Experience in tendering, quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimation and cost analysis for fit-out projects is key
