Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management
– Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management tendering and estimation
– Strong knowledge of FM standards and best practices such as SFG20, LEED, and ISO
– Good understanding of FM contracts and commercial practices
– Proficient in cost estimation tools and Microsoft Excel
– Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
– Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
– Review tender documents, contracts, and project specifications
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM hard and soft services projects
– Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
– Handle cost planning and budget management for FM services
– Assist with technical and commercial tender proposals
– Maintain pricing databases, supplier records, and market trend updates
– Conduct site visits, prepare BOQs, and support site familiarization
