Job Position: Procurement Engineer

– We are seeking a talented Procurement Engineer to support our ongoing projects by managing supplier coordination, material sourcing, and cost-effective procurement processes.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services
– Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and finalize purchase orders
– Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate technical compliance
– Track and ensure timely delivery of materials for ongoing site requirements
– Maintain procurement records, vendor performance reports, and cost analyses
– Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency
– Ensure all procurement activities comply with project specifications and company policies
– Coordinate with logistics and finance for smooth material flow and documentation
– Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
– Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in procurement (infrastructure/construction projects preferred)
– Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and material requirements
– Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and vendor-management processes
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
