Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Company Name: Yas Projects L.L.C
– Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
– Manage leave, WPS, end-of-service benefits, and final settlements
– Supervise staff and coordinate with project teams for workforce planning
– Develop HR policies and support management in HR strategy, performance management, and workforce optimization
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
– HR certifications preferred (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent)
– Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, including 8–10 years in the UAE
– Mandatory experience in contracting/construction/engineering companies
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and visa processes
– Experience handling large, multi-site workforce operations
