Job Position: Real Estate Agent
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

– Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers or tenants
– Provide accurate information about properties, prices, and payment plans
– Negotiate deals and ensure both parties are satisfied with the agreement
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and legal regulations
– Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
– Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams for smooth transactions
– Guide clients through booking procedures, documentation, and DLD registration
– List properties on online portals and company CRM systems with detailed and attractive descriptions
– Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads and deals
– Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and campaign support
– Attend developer training sessions and project launches to stay informed
– Ensure all client interactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
– Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and open houses
– Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from inquiry to closing
– Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner
– Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
– Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage
– Ability to work independently and within a team
– Valid UAE driving license is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
– Compensation for this role is commission-only
