– Prior UAE school experience and a strong understanding of school administrative operations
– Effective coordination with school leadership, staff, parents, and external authorities
– Handling school administrative processes and documentation
– Coordination with HR, Finance, and Academic teams
– Managing student and staff records in compliance with UAE regulations
– Supporting admissions, front office, and parent communication
– Ensuring adherence to school policies and KHDA/MOHRE requirements
– Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
– Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
