Job Position: Group Finance Director
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Lead group-level budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
– Establish and maintain group reporting standards, financial planning calendars, and performance routines
– Provide structured financial insights to support executive decision-making
– Oversee timely and accurate IFRS financial reporting across group entities
– Prepare executive-ready financial presentations for the CEO and Management
– Coordinate with external auditors and ensure reporting quality and compliance
– Build and deliver regular management reporting packs (KPIs, dashboards, profitability, cash visibility)
– Conduct project performance reviews (margin, cost control, productivity, outcomes)
– Support leadership with employee/team performance insights through measurable finance-driven reporting
– Drive consistency of reporting across UAE / KSA / Switzerland
– Support consolidation and standardisation of processes across entities
– Minimum 3+ years of experience in external financial reporting (IFRS)
– Minimum 3+ years of experience in internal/management accounting, including budgeting and performance reporting
– Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate financial data into clear executive insights
– Excellent Excel skills; ERP experience is an advantage
– Comfortable operating in a senior-stakeholder environment and presenting to leadership
– English, professional proficiency (written and spoken)
