Job Position: MEP Estimator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company Name: West One
– 3+ years of UAE experience in luxury fit-out projects is preferred
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection)
– Assist in bid preparation, tender reviews, and cost analysis
– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for pricing and scope clarification
– Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specs while maintaining an up-to-date database of material, labour, and subcontractor pricing
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and estimation software (e.g., Trimble, Planswift)
