– Permanent / Temporary (with Secondment)
– Maintaining the Store in accordance with Store Management Procedure, Workflows, and Proper Documentation to ensure that no discrepancies in physical/CAFM stock quantities, specifications, and storage locations
– Ensure the Store and Open yards are in line with the Store Management, Safety, and housekeeping procedures
– Responsible for material deliveries to the Store and making sure that all the relevant documents are prepared and managed
– Preparation of Letters and other correspondence related to the timely deliveries of Contractual Spare Materials by the Contractors
– Conducting and coordinating the Periodical Store Inventory checking, counting & internal audits in accordance with the Bin allocation and labelling
– Sound knowledge of CAFM, MS Excel, and Word
– Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience
– Min. 5 years of experience in the same role
– Experience in the Facility and maintenance company industry
– English Communications, Arabic is a plus
