Job Position: HR Interns
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Manage day to day HR activities in the organisation
– Assist HRBP in collating any Employee data as needed
– Assist implementation of Reward & Recognition programs in the zone
– Implement programs to continuously engage and motivate staff to achieve superior results
– Coordinate with selected candidates for BV documentations
– Ensure compliance to all VFS Global HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees
– Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements
– Judicious use of natural resources
– Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
– Education: Completed or pursuing Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management in UAE or a similar specialization
– Experience: 0–6 months of relevant HR exposure in an HR Intern role
– Duration: 2–4 months, 7 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
– Onsite position in Dubai (no salary or stipend)
