Job Position: Customer Service Executive

– Provide consistent, high-quality customer service to customers.
– Be the first point of contact for all shipping queries and responsible for booking, planning shipments as per customer SOP, executing as per sales guidelines.
– Prepare & send the P.O. to vendors and ensure proactive resolution of issues related to P.O. & Booking management.
– Maintain customer retention and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
– Booking with vendors/ shippers.
– Coordinate and oversee shipping processes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
– Manage shipping documentation, including customs documentation, and compliance for international shipments.
– Query resolution with Vendors/ Customers/ Key Account Managers—ensure timely resolution and response to customers.
– Responsible for cross-sell/up-sell, customer retention.
– Follow up on outstanding bookings & query resolution from other departments within the company.
– Prepare contracts in line with the Company Policies.
– Record and report the performance of the processes adopted.
– Manage stakeholders for an efficient process.
– Qualification & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in the logistics industry (fresh graduates are also welcome).
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software.
