Job Position: Operations Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Lead end-to-end delivery of hard & soft FM services
– Ensure SLAs & KPIs are consistently met
– Manage budgets, resources & cost control
– Oversee project mobilization & manpower deployment
– Build strong client relationships & drive retention
– Lead, train & motivate site teams and technical staff
– Monitor preventive & corrective maintenance
– Ensure HSE compliance across all sites
– Support tendering & estimation for new bids
– Bachelor’s in Engineering, FM, or related field
– 8–12 years of FM experience, with 3+ years in UAE managerial roles
– Strong knowledge of MEP & soft services
– Excellent leadership & client management skills
– Proficiency in CAFM systems & MS Office
– UAE Driving License preferred
– Preferred Background: Integrated Facilities Management
