Job Position: Document Control cum Admin Assistant
Location: Doha, Qatar

– Maintain and organize all facility management documents, including contracts, maintenance records, and compliance certificates
– Create and update facility management records and databases
– Handle correspondence and communication with clients, contractors, and service providers
– Maintain inventory records of facility equipment, supplies, and materials
– Assist in the preparation of facility management proposals and documentation
– Ensure all documents are properly labeled, indexed, and stored according to retention policies
– Manage administrative calendars and meeting schedules
– Assist in data entry and maintenance of facility management systems
– Raising of Purchase Request via SAP and coordinating payment
– Maintain a tracking system for all Purchase Requests
– Minimum 4-5 years of experience in document control, administrative support, and facility management
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Facility Management
– Certification in Document Management or Administrative Services (preferred)
– Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems (preferred)
– Experience with CAFM system software
– Must be available in Qatar
