– Identify and secure new business opportunities in fit-out, construction, and facility management
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
– Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations to win contracts

– Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales/business development in fit-out, construction, or facility management
– UAE experience – mandatory
– Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Results-oriented and able to achieve sales targets
