Job Position: Technical Engineer – Sales & Estimation
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Design and propose precast concrete solutions based on project requirements
– Prepare value engineering proposals for optimized precast systems
– Support consultants during the design stage of precast structures
– Review enquiries and explain precast scope to QS and Estimation teams
– Assess feasibility and submit technical reports to management
– Provide technical input for cost estimation and quotations
– Verify structural stability prior to tender submission
– Coordinate closely with the Design Department before quoting
– Attend pre-tender and technical meetings and document key discussions
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
– 1–2 years of experience in precast design
– Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and documents
– Effective communication and coordination skills
