1 – Estimator
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering
– Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation within the precast concrete industry
– Strong understanding of precast concrete products, construction drawings, and tender documentation
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
– Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
– High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
