– Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking a Social Media Content Creator for one of our clients in Dubai.
– The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, has hands-on experience with social media platforms, and knows how to create short, engaging content optimised for Instagram and LinkedIn.
– This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in digital content while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and produce short-form video content tailored for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn posts.
– Edit and optimise video content to align with platform best practices, audience engagement, and brand voice.
– Work closely with the social media manager to plan and execute content calendars.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest platform features, trends, and content formats.
– Repurpose existing content into engaging short-form videos for different audiences.
– Assist with ideation and contribute creative concepts for campaigns along with the video editor.
– Requirement:
– 2–5 years of experience in social media content creation, with a focus on short-form video.
– Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
– Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn video formats, and platform-specific optimisation.
– Ability to work quickly and creatively under deadlines.
– Strong communication skills and a keen eye for design, detail, and storytelling.
– Portfolio showcasing recent video content created for social platforms.
