Job Position: Production and Technical Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Manage and coordinate the PCO’s fabrication and production activities, ensuring all elements meet design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints
– Supervise staging elements, including the setup of structures, backdrops, and branding
– Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure quality control in all production-related aspects
– Oversee the setup, testing, and operation of audiovisual and lighting systems for the event
– Work closely with the PCO to ensure the highest technical standards are maintained
– Troubleshoot and resolve any AV and lighting-related issues during the event
– Ensure seamless livestreaming and video conferencing setups as required, integrating high-quality streaming platforms and video production requirements
– Work with IT teams to optimize bandwidth & connectivity for virtual components
– Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Technical Production, Audiovisual Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
– Minimum 5+ years of experience in event production, AV management, or technical operations within large-scale events
– Certifications in AV technology, IT networking, or health and safety compliance (e.g., CTS, OSHA, PMP) are a plus
– In-depth understanding of event production, fabrication, and staging processes
– Strong technical expertise in audiovisual (AV) systems, lighting, and live streaming technologies
– Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and simultaneous interpretation services
– Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and digital signage integration for events
