– Senior Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities & Requirements:
– Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations across client sites.
– Ensure cleaning standards, schedules, and checklists are met consistently.
– Conduct staff training, grooming checks, and performance evaluations.
– Coordinate with clients and internal teams for quality assurance.
– Minimum 4–6 years of housekeeping experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Experience in commercial & residential Buildings.
– Knowledge of cleaning machines, materials, and safety standards.
– Facilities Engineer Responsibilities & Requirements:
– Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
– Manage site operations, technicians, and subcontractors.
– Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and project documentation.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
– 2+ years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
– Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
