Job Position:
1 – Membership Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage membership administration, records, and profile documentation
– Support new member onboarding, welcome packs, renewals, and member communications
– Maintain membership leads tracker and prepare monthly reports and statements
– Coordinate with Finance and internal departments to support smooth membership operations
– Deliver exceptional service while ensuring accurate records and SOP compliance

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, golf, leisure, or membership administration
– Golf industry experience and knowledge of Jonas or Lightspeed Golf are advantageous
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
