Job Title: Traffic Planning Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

Evaluating and updating transport movement tools and policies (Transport Demand Management) and preparing the relative feasibility studies.
Preparing and updating comprehensive transportation plans, analyzing and updating the output of the comprehensive land transportation plans, and suggesting key performance indicators.
Coordinating with relevant authorities regarding strategic projects and their impact on the strategic transportation network and the comprehensive land transportation plan.
Planning and updating integrated and sustainable land transport plans that support the economic development of the emirate and finding solutions to reduce congestion in line with the requirements of comprehensive land transport plans.
Preparing periodic reports on the development and progress status of strategic transport projects and updating the transport plan accordingly if required.
Coordinating with internal departments and divisions regarding transportation projects approved in the comprehensive land transportation plan.
Performing any other tasks required by the department head.
