Job Position: Accounting Manager – Holiday Homes Company

– Reports directly to the CEO
– Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in the UAE
– Mandatory experience in Holiday Homes, Short-Term Rentals, Hotel, or Hospitality
– Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP systems
– Proven hands-on experience with UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, Tourism Fees, Multi-unit revenue tracking, OTA reconciliations (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), Owner settlements
– Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
– Ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections
– Ability to support management with financial insights and strategic recommendations
– Full ownership of accounting and financial operations
– Ensure full compliance with UAE tax and regulatory requirements
– Manage revenue reconciliation across multiple platforms and units
– Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts
– Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities
– Support the CEO with financial analysis and decision-making
– Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 (based on experience)
