Your main goal is to boost sales by reaching out to existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller, you will handle sales over the phone and provide information about the company’s products or services. Additionally, you will collect customer information, maintain relationships, understand customer requirements, and close sales deals efficiently. Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Malayalam), convincing abilities, negotiation skills, and telephone etiquette are essential for this position. Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and explaining company products and services.
• Contacting existing and prospective customers using scripts.
• Gathering customer information and relevant data.
• Asking questions to understand customer needs.
• Resolving queries and issues regarding products and services.
• Regularly maintaining the customer database.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Indians under the age of 30.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience as a telecaller or similar role in call centers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work individually or in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Hard-working.
• Good time management abilities.
• Ability to handle stress and pressure.
