Job Title: Technical Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Networking: Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Server Management: Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Database Management: Familiarity with SQL Server and Oracle.
- IT Security: Experience with IT security practices and tools.
- Technical Support: Provide support for hardware and software issues.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
- System Maintenance: Implement, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Collaboration: Work with IT staff to develop and deploy technology solutions.
