Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with solid product knowledge
• Minimum 1 year as a contact center agent and 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proficient in MS Office and Contact Center Management Systems (CCMS)
• Typing speed: 30 WPM
• Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills
