– Support the Project Lead in implementing project management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
– Oversee project contract works, ensuring adherence to scope, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements.
– Manage and monitor project schedules, identify critical path activities, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
– Track costs, budgets, and overall progress, preparing accurate reports for senior stakeholders.
– Obtain all required permits and NOCs from authorities to ensure smooth execution.
– Participate in project meetings with consultants and contractors to review progress and resolve issues.
– Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Development, Procurement, Contracts) to align project requirements.
– Review contractor claims and payment applications to ensure adherence to contract terms.
– Evaluate on-site performance of contractors and consultants against quality and performance benchmarks.
– Ensure effective handover of completed works to Operations, including management of defect liability and snagging activities.
– Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
– On-time delivery of projects as per approved schedule.
– Budget adherence and effective cash flow management.
– Compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.
– Stakeholder satisfaction with project outcomes.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.
– 8–10+ years of experience in project management, including 2–4 years in a leadership role.
– Previous experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is essential.
– Developer-side experience (minimum 2 years) is preferred.
– Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
– Strong expertise in construction and project management.
– Proficient in project planning and reporting tools (Primavera preferred, MS Office, Power BI).
– Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Skilled in risk, issue, and change management.
– Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
– Ability to foster collaboration and drive results across cross-functional teams.
