Job Position: Spa Manager

– Leads all operational aspects of the boutique Spa, fitness centre, and outdoor wellness areas, ensuring a seamless guest journey that reflects Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star standards.
– Reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the smooth running of the Spa department.
– Oversees day-to-day operations of the Spa, Fitness Centre, and outdoor wellness areas.
– Manages Spa Booking System, monitoring reservations, reports, and KPIs.
– Maximizes treatment revenue through effective yield management.
– Leads creation and updates of treatment menus aligned with global wellness trends.
– Collaborates with Marketing for promotions, wellness events, and activations.
– Ensures all administrative requirements are completed in accordance with company standards.
– Manages Fitness Centre and pool operations, ensuring safety, comfort, and luxury service.
– Controls inventory for spa products and ensures cost efficiency.
– Inspects treatments to guarantee consistency and adherence to service protocols.
– Implements Hilton Health & Safety programs and maintains hygiene standards.
– Identifies training needs, conducts performance reviews, and motivates team members.
– Recruits, recognizes, and develops staff, addressing low performance as required.
– Manages departmental budget and P&L, including forecasts, accruals, and cost control.
– Develops innovative wellness experiences and packages to elevate hotel wellness offerings.
– Requires management experience within the spa industry, financial target achievement, and excellent grooming and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of Forbes Standards, local market, and relevant spa qualifications advantageous.
