Responsibilities

– Design, coordinate, and deliver learning and development initiatives supporting organizational performance and colleague growth.
– Conduct training needs analysis.
– Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
– Ensure training compliance.
– Partner with department leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.

Requirements

– 3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development within the hospitality/theme park industry.
– Strong experience designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
– Experience in onboarding, service excellence, leadership, and compliance training.
– Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
– Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service standards.
– Ability to translate standards into practical training.
– Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
– Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
