Job Position: Property Consultants (Spanish, Chinese & European Speakers)

– Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
– Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties or property management services
– Conduct property viewings and accompany clients to site visits
– Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
– Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends and property values
– Negotiate property prices and terms of sale or lease
– Prepare and review sales agreements, lease documents, and related paperwork
– Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, legal, admin) to support transactions
– Maintain CRM systems and update client records accurately
– Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies
– Spanish, Chinese & European Speakers
– Passion for Real Estate and Sales
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
