– Oversee and streamline the daily sales operations process
– Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
– Manage order processing, forecasting, and inventory coordination
– Track sales KPIs, analyze data, and present performance reports
– Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
– Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales productivity
– Support pricing, quotations, and client negotiation strategies
– Ensure compliance with company policies, customer satisfaction, and delivery standards
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
– Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales operations within plastic, packaging, or manufacturing industries
– Strong knowledge of ERP systems and sales analytics tools
– Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
