Job Position: Area Sales Manager

– Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets
– Build and grow strong relationships with distributors, agents, and international partners
– Identify new market opportunities in perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care
– Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
– Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
– Deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
– Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and policies
– Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, promotions, and exhibitions
– Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits abroad
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
– 5–8 years of proven sales experience in perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or beauty industry (min. 3 years in export sales)
– Strong negotiation and business development expertise
– Energetic, positive, and dynamic personality
– Fluent in English
– Willingness to travel frequently across international markets
– Results-driven with a growth mindset
– Strong leadership and decision-making ability
