Qualifications

– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience

– Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management

Key Responsibilities

– Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment
– Issue materials as per approved requests
– Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
– Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation
– Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials
– Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock requirements

Skills

– Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management procedures
– Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
– Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
– Good communication skills in English
