Job Position: Storekeeper / Senior Storekeeper

– Storekeeper – 2 to 3 years of experience
– Senior Storekeeper – 5 to 8 years of experience
– Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
– Receive, verify, and record incoming materials, supplies, and products
– Maintain accurate stock levels through regular physical counts
– Organize and store materials for easy identification and retrieval
– Monitor stock movement and report shortages, excess, or damaged items
– Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent loss or deterioration
– Follow correct material handling and safety procedures
– Maintain detailed records, including GRNs, issue slips, and stock registers
– Ensure compliance with company documentation and audit requirements
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
– Identify slow-moving, non-moving, or obsolete stock
– Support management with inventory data for planning and decision-making
