Job Position: Operations Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Valid UAE light vehicle driving license (mandatory)
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in staffing or facilities management company
– Basic knowledge of UAE roads (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Western Region, and Northern Emirates), industrial areas, and labor accommodations
– Good communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu, or Arabic are an advantage
– Basic computer or smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, email, GPS)
– Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late shifts
– Support the operations team with outsourced manpower
– Time sheet collection, pass collection, uniform distribution,n and headcount reporting
– Visit project sites as per operational needs
– Coordinate manpower deployment at the site, leave reliever management, and offboarding
– Availability on call to handle emergency cases (acrossthe UAE)
