– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
– Certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH, and ADNOC-approved HSE Training preferred
– 10-12 years of HSE experience in offshore/onshore oil & gas projects
– 5+ years in a supervisory HSE role in HV cable laying and construction projects
– Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
